  • You should expect to speak with a healthcare planning expert (by phone or video) who will focus on educating you on your available options before we ever recommend a specific plan or strategy. Our goal is always to create informed and empowered healthcare consumers. This means making certain you understand why we're suggesting a particular strategy.

    You should also expect for us to service your plan long-term which includes (at least); midyear check-ins, renewal services & plan reviews during enrollment periods.

    All of our expert health plan advisors hold federal certifications in order to best serve your Health Insurance & Medicare needs. Many of our team members also hold the CMIP® designation. A Certified Medicare Insurance Planner is a FINRA recognized accreditation that is achieved through years of required experience and continuing education.

    Lastly, if you came to us on referral from your financial advisor, you should expect us to close the feedback loop with them to ensure that your healthcare strategy fits seamlessly into your financial plan.

  • Move Health provides best-in-class, zero cost to consumer holistic, healthcare planning. This includes individually customized analysis all the way through enrollment and ongoing service.

    We receive some of our compensation from the insurance carriers we represent. We represent and carry certifications for over 100 carriers across the country. Our compensation is standardized allowing us to deliver the best solution for each client without risking conflict of interest.

    Our Health Plan Advisors are non-commissioned, salaried team members that are not incentivized to recommend one strategy or plan over another. We promise, you will never be "sold to" at Move Health or enrolled into coverage that doesn't meet a specific need. This also includes reviewing coverages that are available to you that may result in no compensation for Move Health (COBRA, Retiree Benefits, Spousal Benefits)

    Financial Advisors pay a small annual subscription cost for Move Health's healthcare planning technology and access to an experienced, certified and dedicated team of experts.

  • Our job is to be your trusted partner, working alongside you to find health coverage that gives you the confidence to make your next move in life. We provide expert guidance, enrollment support and ongoing support for the following:

  • As a client, there is no fee to work with Move Health. Insurance premiums and plans are regulated by the federal government and each state's Department of Insurance. Insurance carriers do pay us a fee to manage your health insurance policy and help you choose the right coverage each year.

    That being said, we want to make sure you have the right plan and that you feel confident in your unique strategy that we suggest.

  • Per CMS guidelines, we can't answer, "Yes" to this question. We do not offer every plan available in your area.

    That does not mean that we can't/won't advise you on all of your available options. This may include plans that offer no compensation to Move Health.

    We believe in doing business the right way and that means being certain you end up in the correct plan for your unique needs. Even if there's no direct benefit to us.
